The True Nature of Redemption

It is rare that I disagree with the host in these spaces, but today is one of those days.  The host discussed Tiger Woods Masters victory this past weekend on this morning’s show as “a redemption story.”  While it does indeed mark one of the greatest sports comeback stories in history, I think to invoke the word “redemption” is a step too far.
